Refund Policy
Returns for Refunds: 14 days after order receipt
Returns for Exchanges: 30 days after order receipt
Returns for Store Credit: 30 days after order receipt
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it in—unworn, unused, with tags attached, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You must also include your order number on the paper packaging inside the package.
Unless a disclaimer stating that returns are not accepted is included in the product description, we accept returns on most items.

International Orders
Exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the United States. We will accept returns for refunds within 14 days of your order being marked as delivered.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:

If you return an item for a refund, the shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund. We cover shipping costs for returns for exchanges or store credit. Exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the United States.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Free Items
We may give you a free or “bonus” item if your order exceeds a certain amount. If you return part of your order for a refund, and the net amount is less than the required amount for the bonus, we will deduct the value of the bonus from your refund.
For example, if your order is $100 and includes a free sticker worth $1, the bonus threshold is $100. If you return the entire order for a refund, excluding the sticker, we will refund $99.
We value the socks at $10 and the bottle at $12.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund. The original shipping costs associated with your order will not be refunded upon return. We are also unable to refund cross-border fees for international orders, such as customs duties and taxes charged at the time of order placement.
Freight Forwarder
If you use a third-party freight forwarder, we are not responsible for delivery failures or loss at the freight forwarder’s location or during transit.
